Hi, I was wondering if someone could send me a copy of fast forward, I had it a few years ago when stuck in a rut trying to get in my wedding dress and my hubby has thrown it away (seriously considering divorce). I just really need a kickstart as I'm really down about starting again and again and again as thats all I seem to do.
