Hi everyone I've dabbled with so any diets and do try to eat "clean" but have managed to put on over a stone in the last 9 months so here I am starting fasting.... I started on Sunday (dd) and today is my second dd. I can't decide if I want to do 5.2 or 4.3. Will depend what I've got on socially. To be honest, I was getting quite depressed previously dieting as I was either avoiding social situations or managing to make progress, then go out and put it all back on!! Anyway, progress so far - Sunday dd 10 st 10 Monday up 10 st 6.8 Tuesday dd 10 st 7.8 Am finding today a bit of a struggle. I am always hungry first thing so had toast and soup for lunch and will have the rest of the soup for dinner tonight. Roll on tomorrow! Please drop by abs say hellooooo anyway!
