Fat free frozen yogurt ice cream

Does anyone know The syn value of fat free frozen yogurt ice cream stuff- you know, the stuff that looks like mr whippy that you can buy from stands in shopping centres? I've done a bit of a search of the forum but as I don't really know what it is called I've not come up with anything.

I would think that if it is just ff frozen yogurt it would be very low in syns, if not free, but I have no idea. And it would be all the toppings that rack up the syn value, I suppose.

Just because it's fat free doesn't mean it isn't full of sugar (and that's *before* you add the toppings)

100g isn't a lot btw, but this should give you an idea:

Hey just come across this thread as i'm interested in this too! the shop itsu sell a fat free plain frozen yogurt, which is about 100 cals for a pot (i know we dont cal count just as an idea as i compare with normal fat free yogurt. as far as I can see it is nothing but fresh yogurt frozen, with the only additive being guar gum as a stabiliser. I'm wondering if it's very low syn???

It's not possible to tell from the info on that site whether it would be free or not as fat free doesnt mean sugar free.

For example, Total 0% is fat free and SW 'free' and is 57 kcal/100g - so I expect theres quite a lot of sugar in the itsu ones as they are double the calories of Total.

Oo I see! Thats a shame! I don't know where they are hiding the sugar as its a sour as hell! Lol damnit will have to say my syns are gone for the day boo hoo

One other thing to note is the pot is huge! So I wonder if it's still low syn, it's loads for 100 cals. Ah I guess I'll never know!
