Fat free natural yog / fromage frais HELP

Natural yogurt I mainly use to make sauces, such as mixing with spices or a spice paste to make a curry. Or mix it with sweetener and and use instead of cream for desserts. A bit of vanilla extract added as well makes 'Chantilly cream'.
Fromage frais I use on everything! I use it instead of mayo, cream, sour cream so for example, my super quick lunch is a savoury rice topped with fromage frais.

Give the fromage frais to me!!! Can' get it in any of my local shops, so have got to go on a few bus trips to find a supermarket that does stock it.
