fat free onken yogurts strawberry or vanilla

I have looked this up on here to see what others say and they all say different.... are these free? They are huge and id only have half.... but like them over fruit... please tell me they are freeeeeeeee

I think they are free on SW I have both flavours and used half a tub on my fruit each time so you and me both are having extra syns if these are synned. They was a member that wrote all the syn values of yoghurts and im confident it did say Onken yoghurts are free but only the fat free variety

It's lovely and yes it is also free - makes a great ice cream by the way!

you put these in the freezer and have them as ice cream??? Nice!!! The apple and mango one sounds nice!

You can do that but they come out better if you put them in an ice cream maker.
