    low carb
    Well end of week 1 on Cambridge and I have lost 8lbs.

    Did a mixture of SS and 810. The aim for this week is to try and SS with no coke zero and lots more H2o.

    For the purposes of my ticker I decided to use my scales first thing on a Thu morning cause I thought that would give a better result. Had my official weight in with my CDC last night and according to her scales I have lost 10lbs :)

    Now I'm in the zone and I have just got to keep going.

    Excellent, well done! Seeing a difference each week on the scales is such a good feeling a big motivator to stick to it!
