Fat, protein, carbs.... How do i work out how much

Hi, just looking for some advice, I am keeping to less than 20g ov carbs each day and eating plenty ov chicken, fish, bacon, eggs, but not sure if I am eating enuf fat!!! For example today I have had 16 g ov carbs, 168.3 ov protein n 78g of fat, should my fat be higher than the protein?? Hope someone can shed some light!!! Thanx x

It's sometimes easier to look at percentages of calories - then approx carbs 5%, protein 30% and fat 65%. If you are using MFP then shows on summary page. As a rule of thumb though you want your protein grams and your fat grams to be approx the same (since more cals per gram in fat)

So yes - i would say you need more fat
 
Thanx Katie, flipping heck I need quite abit more fat then!!! I can't get my head around eating more fat!!! Feel guilty!!! Also what does MFP mean?? X
