Sooo thought it may be good to have a lil diary! see if it helps to put my thoughts down. So well I'm 27 and have been overweight since I was about 5!! I always weighed my age up to about 20! So 18 18stone,19 19stone etc!!! but this time I've started at 21 9.5 lbs!!! I'm now on my 2nd week! First week was fabulous I lost 7.5 lbs I just couldn't believe it but I was 100% and stayed on plan! Was thrilled!!!! This week had my birthday! So Was naughty Saturday night which involved Chinese, frerror Rochers and tonight feeling bit rubbish! I got on scales earlier in week and it was showing another 6lb off!!! However tonight is showing a 1lb loss since last weeks weigh in! I know I should be thankful for 1lb but considering how much I have to loose and i have been on plan 6/7 days I wanted a bigger loss! Got weigh in tomorrow night and now thinking great i may be showing a crap loss or none at all! Moral of story...... Stay 100% all week don't have a night off for nothing (I didn't even enjoy it that much) grrrrr! reason I'm on slimming world... Well I've done them all Atkins, Cambridge, WW, lighter life, slim and save.... U name it I've prob tried it! However got a big wedding to go to next year! By January I need to be thin!
