Hello all. This is my journey to lose the last 10 pounds. I had got to goal with ww five years ago but put it all back on. Last year i lost 1.5 stone but have struggled since then to get to where i want to be. Im looking forwards to getting these last ten pounds off asap (or Halloween when we go away). Im going to stick to what i know best the old ww points as im comfortable with this and know it works. I will be weighing in on a tuesday evening as i have a wi with a few friends then.

Today ive got off to a great start.

Tea with skimmed milk and sweetner
