Step2 810kcal Fat to fit.... New to CWP and feeling POSITIVE!

Ok, so I'm a classic yoyo dieter, have tried all diets known to man, but this week took the plunge and started cambridge for the first time!

I'm not actually that big, but it's all about how I feel. I have a wardrobe of beautiful clothes that don't fit!!! Starting weight on Wednesday eve was 12s 2p. I aim to get down to about 10 and a half stone....seems unrealistic seems as I haven't been that size for many years, but my CDC has faith in me so that's made me positive.

I'm on the 810 plan;
Thursday:
10.30 strawberry shake
15.00 chocolate shake
17.30 chic & mush soup
20.00 chicken & salad
21.00 milk allowance

Friday:
11.15 strawberry shake
15.45 veg soup
20.00 chicken & salad
21.30 milk allowance.

I've drank about 3.5 litres of water both days. Don't feel hungry at all but don't feel like I'm losing weight cuz of all the water I'm having!

Today I'm going to a barbq so I will be tested to the limit!!


I will become the person I am in my head!!!

Eating is cheating ;-)
 
Yesterday was tough! Not that I was hungry at all, but my mood was low and I was lethargic and didn't want to move all day. I stuck at it, just had a chicken salad at the barbq and today I feel great!!

My body is finally in ketosis and I've managed to just go shopping and not even waver as I walked down the bread and chocolate aisles. Feel an lot more positive.

Saturday
10.40 strawberry shake
15.30 1/2 my chicken salad
17.40 1/2 my chicken salad
20.00 1/2 soup (couldn't finish it!)
21.00 my milk allowance.

(Couldn't even manage the third product!)

Today I've just had a shake so far. I'm averaging 3-4 litres of water a day.


I will become the person I am in my head!!!

Eating is cheating ;-)
