Fathers Day Meals

As its fathers day tomorrow myself and my little one want to spoil daddy, as i am following SW i want to make SW friendly meals. For breakfast we are making him scrambled eggs with smoked salmon. I have bought some salmon fillets for dinner but i am needing some ideas on what to do with them, normally i just poach them and serve with baked potato and a large salad.

Welcome any suggestions

I grill them, the skin goes lovely and crispy. If you have any syns you can put a bit of pesto on top while it's grilling. Yum.

Nice with tikka or cajun mixed with yoghurt on the top before cooking

I always coat my salmon in a grated ginger/honey/soy sauce and then pop them under the grill for ten mins. Lovely! Hope you's have a great day : )
