OK - Whats everyone cooking for Fathers Day Tea - feel like it should be a bit special but need to keep it low syns!!

Im going pizza express with the family :/ I've worked it all out so it should be with syns but I was kind of hoping for a simple roast dinner or something!

How do you do your mushrooms Lynne? x

Well I made him a sausage muffin this a.m, got him a pot noodle for lunch and am making a spinach and chickpea curry for tea as the spinach needs using up......spoiling him rotten I am!
He's done better than I did for Mothers Day though!

Think i'm going to do oriental salmon fillets, stir-fry veg and noodles. Made scrambled eggs with smoked salmon for breakfast so a good day well on plan

How do you do your mushrooms Lynne? x

I cook them really slowly with fry light until cooked, and all the water has evaporated, and then add 10g Lurpak garlic butter (3.5 syns) and black pepper to taste ...absolutely delicious, and well worth the syns
