hi everyone im not new to minimins but i am sort of new to calorie counting. i have calorie counted in the past here and there but have mainly done slimming world. i have become a little bored and have messed around on slimming world so im hoping counting calories will be easier as most products have calories on them. :4633:i know its very early saturday morning (01:43 ) but i will be weighing myself when i would normally get up on a saturday. so how is everyone doing? and how do you find calorie counting?
