After 9 months of not being able to diet and eating whatever I want using the excuse "I'm eating for 2" I have put on most of what I lost last year. So now I'm back to lose the baby weight and then some.

I will be doing Slim Fast 'My way' which means I will be adding in Slim Fast food as and when I need to. I will also be aiming for around 1,800 calories as I am breastfeeding.

Comments: I was doing really well until I had that ham sandwich and ½ a Mars. My daily calorie requirement is 3,355 so I still have a deficit of 1,315 for today but I feel like I'm failing probably something to do with the fact that my daily calorie intake has gone up every day since I started :(

Comments: The lack of water today gave me a huge headache, I really must learn to get off my arse and fill up my glass! I haven't felt really hungry today like the past few days so my calorie intake is quite low, maybe my body knows weigh day is coming lol

Week 1 -7lb which I'm very pleased with because I was over my 1,800 calorie limit most of the week and I didn't drink nearly enough water. Week 2 I'll have to try harder because the first weeks weigh loss is always the highest.

Week 2: I ordered EA Sports Active so there will be some exercise added in this week, I really want to try this 30 day challenge everyone is on about. My hips are a lot better so the walks to and from the supermarket are on as of Monday (fully stocked 'til then) hopefully with the added exercise I will be more thirsty so getting in my 2-3 litres a day will be easier.

i love reading your meals Lisa. Keep up the good work! and glad you are having extra calories since you a Bfing..ive seen alot of moms bfing and having very low calorie intake..not good for the little one! Did you know you lose almost 600cals a day bfing?!?! i could only do it sadly for 2 weeks with my little one. then she would no longer take to it.

yup you sure do! thats why they tell you to eat more because your losing so much. My friend still bfs her little 6 month old...and shes always been tiny but i swear not even a month after she had her she already had abs back without working out "jealous" haha so it does help and its wonderful for the little one!

Week 2 -3lb, I'm actually a little gutted I wanted to lose more. It's probably got something to do with how little water I'm drinking plus I never did use the EA Sports Active, I've tried 1 exercise and not been back since :eek: maybe I should move it downstairs then I won't be so worried about the neighbours

*edit* I finally managed to go to the toilet this morning so took a new weigh in and now I'm happier -4.4lb

Week 3: Just drink more water and do more - Not much more to say to be honest.

Feeling really crappy today, after the sneaky weigh in this morning I really wanted to be good all day and hopefully undo some of the damage but that didn't work out, I ended up in Tesco this afternoon and they had an offer on Pizza's and I bought one :break_diet: also had some chicken strips from the hot chicken counter :cry: I think the best I can hope for is a STS tomorrow.

I was meant to be starting a new food plan on Monday but with my OH being so ill we haven't been able to do a proper shop 'cause he has a fever and just wants to be in bed, and I won't go out alone :(

Week 3: +0.8lb I don't know how it's possible to be honest, it could be water retention due to TOTM being due I suppose but I definitely haven't eaten enough calories to put on nearly 1lb :(

Week 4: Well on Thursday I fell off the wagon good and proper which is why I'm only just updating this and haven't kept a food diary. I've really been struggling with breastfeeding, my little un always seems unsatisfied and wants to feed every 1½ - 2 hours even through the night, which means I've been getting very little sleep and I've been really moody. All my family is suffering especially my eldest 'cause it seems like I'm constantly stuck to the baby, she's getting very little attention from me. As of Monday I will be bottle feeding, I'm glad I breastfed for a while and hope it will have done her some good.
