Favourite flavours and any tips

#1
I am sure this has been done before but as there seem to be a number of newbies (including me) thought it might be a good idea to share favourites - although I do realise how tastes are not all the same :)

Love spag boll and truffa bars
Wasn't fussy on the cottage pie or lemon (unfortunately I bought a number of these so will have to use them)

I am also using up leftover LL in between the Slim & Save ones.

I found having the spag boll with veg is my saver in the evening :) also gherkins satisfy my need for something crunchy.

Banana and strawberry shakes, choc truffa and banana bars, spag bol for me. Not keen on cottage pie or the soups but everything else is ok for the variety.

Rate vanilla and choc shakes, spag bol and choc truffa bars. Hate cottage pie, banana shakes and banana bars.
To make sure I'm drinking enough water I have 2 pintsm (about a litre) before my 1st shake, 2 pints before my second and 2 before my 3rd. Anything after that is a bonus )

Hello

I like the spagbol and cottage pie. I have to admit I like to add some black pepper to both, and like the latter made with quite a bit more water.

I love the bars I've tried so far (Banana, chocolate truffa and white choc/lemon). I've been slicing them into really thin slivers and taking them to work. They're a bit more discreet than anything else and I cannot be bothered with trying to justify my diet choice to the world and his wife!

I tried a pizza wafer today and bleugh!! Horrid horrid horrid!

I've also been having a can of coke zero in the evenings as my reward for making it through the day. Oh, and I did add a splash of balsamic vinegar to my spagbol yesterday which was delish but not sure either are properly allowed.

I slice mine up like that too. Can get 20 slivers or more if I do it carefully :)

Was a bit rubbish at a working lunch I had recently though. Everyone else was eating sandwiches while I was eating a bar. I bet they thought 'how unhealthy is she having a chocolate bar for lunch!'.

It is amazing how S&S has evolved over a short space of time. Looking at some the flavours way back in Oct 11 to what we have now. Dont think I would have liked to pizza or curry wafer.

I didn't have either the curry or pizza wafers luckily :). The LCMS still sell them if someone wants to try them :)

The factory stopped making them unfortunately. Used to be my favourite.
