I love chicken breasts and white fish like sea bass, monkfish, seafood etc. All veggies (except peas, corn, parsnips, potatoes etc) are speed foods so you could fill up on lots of grilled fish and veggies!

Strawberries are my favourite, a bit pricey but worth it :)

Strawberries! Perfect for the weather too.

Since we're in BBQ season why not try making some kebabs. Diced chicken breast, onion, peppers, mushrooms... For some reason I always find that kebabs make me feel stuffed even when I technically eat very little with them!

    Bowl of mushy peas FTW

And some home made lemonade as metabolism booster - better than water, your body thinks it's eating!

    You need:

1 measuring jugful of water or bottle of cheapo 20p sparkling from the supermarket.
1 large lemon (or 3 large lemons if using whole bottle)
    Splenda to taste

Squeeze lemon juice and pulp into water. Pulp is important.
Grate a chunk of ginger into a bowl
Add sliced leftover lemon skin to the water
Pick up grated ginger (this is the messy part) - SQUEEZE the ginger pulp into the water, discard the remains (they taste bitty)
Add Splenda to get required taste
Leave in fridge for an hour for lemon flavour to kick in

add ice cubes and serve. Mmmm syn free!

Definetly any berries (lots in season or coming soon!) melon (again getting cheaper), and pineapple (lots of big ones for only £1 atm).

Summer fruit and veggies are favourites of mine :D xx

    Thanks loads for this...
I hate water but try to drink a pint when I've had my tea, it makes me full for the rest of the evening. But will be using this lemon drink from now on.

Frozen berries are good, just take out a handfull and mix with mullar light yogurt. I eat this after lunch and tea. After breakfast I eat a grapefruit (the red flesh ones because they are a lot sweeter)

Good luck hun and hope the 5lb comes off.

p.s maybe some extra exercise might help too!
