FBW Week 1 Weigh-in

Hey All!!

I'm not too sure how to do the signature at the bottom but ddddddrummmmmrolllls!!!!!

Week 1 Weigh-in -> 420lbs - 399.2 = 20.8lbs!!!! 4.9% (OMG!!!!!!!) :D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D

Please note: For all newbies.. just remember i started of with a weight of 420lbs so as a %age its 4.9%... im sure next weigh-in i will prob only lose a few pounds... BUT I CANT WEIGHT TILL NEXT TUESDAY WHOOP WHOOP.. JUS IMAGINE ME DANCING IN MY ROOM.. cos thats what im doing wooooohoooooo!!!!

Thanks to everyone on here... sooo supportive.. have helped me sooooooo much... much love to all

Dreamer87 - All i can say is think of this as a new way of life..its the little things they all add up..
i no longer ask people to pass me things.. i get up myself..
I walk rather than take lifts..
I park furthest from supermarket to add that extra bit in.

And I cant emphasise STICK TO IT 100% and you will reap the rewards!!! (something chucknorris and all the peeps who lost massive amounts of weight)

DO NOT LET your mind trick you into giving in.. you've chosen a path now stick to it...

O i also have an A3 piece of paper with all the things i wanna do.. cutouts of activities etc etc..

Well done on your fantastic loss. This is a very inspirational post. Everyone needs to have lots of little things to keep them motivated. You keep ticking through the list on your A3 sheet and you will be at goal before you know it!!!!! Go you!!!!
