Oh here we go again 4th week in a row with only loosing half a pound. I keep telling myself well that is 2 pounds in a month but feeling down about it this evening. My C looked at my food diary and said brilliant just keep going. I have had 1/3 fruit and veg at each mealtime this week and never gone over my syns, drank lots and moved a bit more.:( Sorry guys just feeling a bit disheartened and wonder how you have pulled yourself out of the small weight loss doldrums:cry:

Don't worry, I am sure that it will pick up again soon. You have also lost well already.
You don't have an awful lot to lose and I think it's much harder to lose than when you have a great amount to shed.
I am losing pretty slowly but I am happy with it, as long as it comes off.
I don't have that much left to lose but am planning to move my target as I feel I need to lose more. That's ok, as long as it's coming off. I'll target again when I feel right!

I would suggest have a total change from your plan, and try new things. If you do more green then do red. If EE go on red for a week. Have a play around.

Are you eatinh enough , perhaps you need to increase you intake, try adding snack ( good ones) in between meals.

Increase your water intake by 20% over the net week.

I've gained one and a half lbs, with no explaination!!!!

Your consultant is happy, you're losing and you will be getting thinner. Some of us are just slow losers hun. It's hard to accept, and occasionally you will get the odd good week where you get a whoosh out of pattern. It's hard, really hard, but all I can say is stick with it.

hi there, dnt be too disheartened,i felt exactley the same last nite, ive had really good losses and last week only 1.5 pnd and this week 1 pnd,couldnt believe it, ive been 100% on plan had my syns for the two weeks and lost less !!! wen my consultant gave me the pnd weight we have on the table to hold i thought crikey its not so bad after all ! i think we would all like just to wake up in the morning and be thin so i figured its my achievement now i doin myself with help of everyone on here and family and i feel good !

1/2 pound is a lose better than a sts or a gain - remain positive the furture is bright! I have been reading up about fibre, it is great help with losing weight and increase the poo to come out (all good for a weight loss)

If someone sticks or slows down at class they are told to have diff hex and try mixing it up more to kick start again so if you tend to eat bread for hex change to cereal or if its cereal have diff one and if you have lots of baked tatties on a green day try omlettes instead if you get what I mean. good luck

This worked for me,I just have bread on alternate days now and have cereal,alpen light or ryvita instead.I lost 1.5lbs this week so will do the same next week.Stick with it,it will improve.

Like lots of people have said, a change of diet can shake things up...And hopefully increase the poo to come out as well. :D

Edit: To add that you must be really frustrated with your losses recently and I don't blame you. So well done for staying on the plan. x
