February 2013 Exercise challenge

    hi all... feb is just 2 days away so thought id make a thread (if there is one i apologise but i couldnt find it)

    so i didnt make my challenge in jan due to using the weather as an excuse... so im going to add just one more hour and give myself the 16hour challenge!!!


    so here goes...try and put it in alphabetical order :D

    Ooh yes i'll join :D I do approx weekly 3 hours at the gym and 1 and a half hours at yoga sessions.. so i add that up from the 1st Feb-1st March as 18 hours altogether :D

    As there's 4 weeks in Feb and I do 3 hours of dancing a week I'm going to aim for 16 hours.

    I only got halfway through the Jan challenge due to a chest cold. On to tackle February!

    20 hours for this month please. Im going to do half hour interval running and walking followed by half hour interval power walking and by doing so move from week 2 to week 4 on couch to 5 k. Also I'm doing lipotrim, to explain why I'm pacing my self soo much. Lol

    I would love to join in...just doing some sums & what with being out of exercise practice, I don't want to intimidate myself (WIMP!). I'm going to start low at 2hrs a week = 8hrs
