I'm back on the diet wagon after being away for a few months.
I'd love to lose 8lbs in February, my weigh in day is a Wednesday.

Hiya Sarah, welcome back to the hotseat. Saturday weigh in, no holidays booked despite me going to Germany for my Birthday. 4lbs only target for me, as I know I'll have a birthday trip gain. Thank you Sarah, and good luck everyone x

Hi Sarah, thanks for making the spreadsheet! Nice way for us all to keep track of progress.
Mom38 +0.5 is such a little amount it's almost like staying the same x Bet you have a good loss to post next week.
If it makes you feel better I ate a whole avocado today thinking it was free, fruit and veg is free right?! Lesson learnt, google syns BEFORE you eat!

@SarahM1985 my OH keeps making the same mistake and I keep telling him to check the syns first as he is too reliant on me to syn everything for him! Latest mistakes for him were smoked mackerel and also non free yoghurt.

Very disappointed with a STS after being on plan all week :(
Don't worry. Keep your head and you will get a good loss next week
