    Has anyone started a February Challenge? If not we could maybe use this? I'm going to count February weigh ins! I'm going to go for 10lbs!

    I'll go for 12lbs. Probably a bit ambitious but it might suit me better to have a high target to keep me in line.

    I haven't lost any so far so I don't think 12lbs is gonna happen! I'll try as hard as I can for the rest of the month though.

    No idea how I managed it...I have lost 5.6lbs this week!
