So February is upon us. These threads have run the few months & I have found them very helpful :D

Everyone posts their own aims and goals in whatever activity they hope to acheive then we feedback how we're getting on.

Feel free to join in .....

I'm going for the same as I did in January as Feb is shorter so will be tougher to manage!

SJB - Run 40 miles & do 20 Kettlebell Workouts
 
LOL! I was just in the process of doing this too! You beat me to it. :D

My goal is to train 6 days a week, varying between CV and toning. As I don't know exactly what classes I'll be doing when (as it depends if I can get my DD into nursery any time soon), I'll aim for a 'calories burnt' goal again.

So yep, starting today, my goal is to burn at leas 5,000 calories a week - making a total of 21,000 calories for Feb.

Well done on getting cracking straight away! I'm about to go and do my workout too - spinning and toning.
 
I'm going to aim for 3 weightlifting workouts per week. So let's see... that's 12 total this month. Went ahead and added everyone else to the list when I added myself. :)

Got out for a couple of walks today and managed to burn 650 calories (walked 7km)

I felt rubbish about how far away I am from my weekly goal so I decided to do an impromptu spin session and BOOM! There goes another 640 calories. :D I'm still going to have to work flipping hard this weekend to reach the 5000 mark though.
