ProPoints fed up of being a chubster! so starting pp now!

    Well I was going to wait until I went back to university to start WW propoints but after looking on the scales this morning and noticing I have put on over a stone since the start of university it has to end NOW!

    So here's my diary. If im doing anything wrong please correct me. Will add in all pp when I have figured them out!

    Breakfast:

    • Banana-0
    • Tea-0
    • 100mls skimmed milk-1
    Lunch:

    • Soup-3
    • 2 X nimble bread-3
    • 2 fromage frais-3
    • apple-0
    • pear-0
    Dinner:

    • Salad-0
    • Bacon-2
    • Chicken-4
    • Pasta-7pp
    • peri peri sauce 3tsp-0
    • Extra light Mayo 5 tbsp-2
    • Strawberries-0
    • apple-0
    Snacks
    • banana-0
    • Gold biscuit-3
    • Tea-0
    28/29

    Water intake: 2 litres!

    plus used 20 weeklies fml

    Had an awful day broke up with my partner :(

    I hope after my crappy week i can lose 2lbs. Stop being hard on yourself and just remember, it's the boyfriends loss...

    Aw well done, 2 pounds after a really stressful time is amazing! Chin up! Great job. I'm weighing tomorrow and really hoping for a loss! Great to see other people doing well on pro points!
