Feel a bit sick :-(

Hi,
I've got to day 9 (can't believe it!!) but woke up feeling really sick and nauseous. Haven't experienced this before on LT. Had first shake this morning but don't feel right.
Was just wondering if anyone else has had this on LT?

Hey kate_grace, I actually experienced that last night! I had my evening shake all went fine until I went to bed. I was feeling very uncomfortable and nauseous so was very hard to fall asleep but this morning I felt fine. Dont know what caused it but it passed for me Hope you feel better soon! x
