Going for your weigh in and achieving a great loss is a brilliant feeling.
However there are weeks (we all get them) when due to one reason or another we dont loose perhaps quite as much as we hope for.
I read this on the forum once when I first did LT and it helped me ...
Get a small back pack and fill it with items up to the weight loss you have acheived so far.
Then try carrying it around on your back (even just an hour) or so while you carry on with whatever you are doing.
You will be amazed what a relief it is to get rid of that bag!
This was extra weight you were carrying round everyday at one point!!
Another way of looking at weight loss is in bags of sugar .... you will be amazed how heavy 1 or 2lbs actually feels!
