hi all.
i joined yesterday and posted my first thread last night. i think that was the first time i ever got my frustrations out because today i feel so much happier in myself- i am motivated and excited about gettin rid of this weight for the FINAL time. i had tried SW a bit back and found it easy enuf to follow- i had lost quite a lot of weight on it so gonna try it again. cant do meetings yet wit work stuff but for the first time (knowin u guys are there) i actually feel like i cud do it at home. no sins today actually now that i think of it. so thanks for just bein here folks even if it just so i can rant or celebrate a bit. hopefully i will be sharin more celebrations over the next while. chat soon x
