    Hi all

Apologies for the topic but I was warned I may suffer from constipation and boy am I. :(

My CDC said I could have some of the fiber stuff maybe next week of the week after. I am doing SS and only started on Monday. I am enjoying it so far and don't feel hungry after getting through day 2 which was tough.

Does anyone have any suggestions please on a safe laxative I could use to help me. I don't want to effect my diet in any way but any help would be greatly appreciated

    xx

Hi sorry I dont have an answer for you, I have never had a problem I think its due to me having the flavourings and the bars I think they keep everything moving so to speak.Doesnt really help you much at the moment but I saw you hadnt had any replies and didnt want you to drop off the page unanswered. Im sure someone will be able to help you soon.Well done on sticking with it and getting through the first few days xx

I use duculax. Very violent stuff though. I get bunged up where the 1 to 2 tablets do not do anything.

Thank you everyone I really appreciate the help on not the nicest of subjects.

You guys have seen me through a tough first week and I am looking forward to my weigh in on Sunday now. On Tuesday I was ready for giving up but it really helps knowing I am not alone doing the CD as no one else I know has ever done it.

    xx
