feeling fitter

    hi all
    i went to the gym tonight, i have been a couple of times since starting cd 4 weeks ago and i must be feeling fitter now as i seemed to be able to do a lot more tonight, will probably be aching like mad tomorrow but it'll be worth it in the long run!
    I feel so much better tonight now after all that exercise :D

    Excellent! Well done! Do you find you have plenty of energy at the gym? I've been thinking about going but was worried I wouldn't be able to do anything :p x

    You put me to shame though, I joined the gym in October (yes October!) and I have been twice.

    Well done I am sticking to walking....its free. Also use my eliptical trainer.

    i never seem to have the energy to go but once i get there i seem to have loads, its just that thought of going there at first lol

    i think i need to start walking to work, its only about a mile away :)
