Right well here we go again a nother week 2nd week into the Reds, Im due at the docs on weds for pulse and BP check up just hope she doesnt weigh me as she may be dissapointed! Im trying really hard! Im following the SW plan im drinking lots of water and yet im not noticing any change in the scales ... I lost 1.5lb last week and well weigh in on Weds and my scales arnt looking to good feeling a little down today, i have excersized over the weekend so not sat on my backside! im not eating crap oh i dont know! im not going on the 15s yet! as i dont want to run out of options but dont feel these are helping at the moment ..... Maybe i should give them a few more days to get into my system? any ideas guys ??
