Feeling of going into ketosis

Hi,


Sorry this sounds dead neurotic. I'm sitting up watching movies, would normally be asleep wish id gone to bed! But, I'm sitting and got a really strange feeling and then I went absolutely freezing. I've got a strange feeling in my chest, not pain or anything just weird. I feel a bit strange and my head feels a bit tight and my mouth is dry as a slipper. Is this me going I to ketosis? I feel a bit worried. X

Not sure about the uncomfortableness in chest but i seem to get a horribly dry mouth like ive chewed leather or sommat and have random bouts of sudden freezing shivers haha

I've not had ant feelings in my chest but am freezing ALL of the time. Small price to pay for being slim
