Well that wasn't too bad. :DOH and children away for a couple of nights so had 3 girlfriends round last night.:party0011:
Normally I cook a big meal and drink 4/5 glasses of the bubbly stuff but did it differently last night. Did loads of nibbles to have with drinks which I was busy passing round so didn't touch any, then for the sit down bit did various plates of different things so people could help themselves.
Yes I ate, but only protein, and only a little. Had 1 carb free alcoholic drink then about 2 litres of fizzy water.
The good thing about all of this was I wasn't tempted by all the foods in front of me and I didn't feel hard done to or left out.:p
Going to be 100% now til weigh in on Monday and hope not too much harm done:confused:
 
That's brilliant well done! I've a 3 year olds birthday party today- gonna have to use all my restrain and will power not to pick at all the nibbles!
