Feeling rubbish and sticking to it

I got past my wobble this morning and opted for porridge with water and half a tbsp honey and now munching on chopped cucumber and carrot

Stick with it, SW is a journey some days you have bad days. Try to plan a stragery of food that is healthy but comforting for you - maybe green and have sw chips :) stick with it and it will bypass!
 
thanks :) Feeling a bit better now. We've planned a weekend at home so I can rest up, avoid alcohol and feel better!
