feeling stuck

Hi everyone, I started Cambridge diet sole source on the 30th of December, by the third week I had lost a stone, however, at the end of the 4th week, I lost nothing and decided to d the sole source+. I had fish and salad but this morning i was not in ketosis, does anyone have an idea why i am not losing anymore or how long it will take me to get back to ketosis:cry:
 
Its different for everyone, it shouldnt take longer than 5 days at the most.
Give your body time to catch up and you will probably have a big loss in a week or so, your body is probably hanging on to what fat it has left for dear life!
 
important to know what knocked you out of ketosis so it doesn't happen again. what was in / on the salad, and how was the fish cooked?
