On day 4 of LT! Hunger still really bad, hopefully will be gone soon!!!!!! Walked into work and felt like crying, so not like me, am quite teary and feeling low :cry: I am finding the nites really long now, why is this? Doing the same things as normal but the nite seems to be dragging on. Had my first full nites sleep tho last nite, havent had that in months. God it felt so so so good. I sneakily weighted myself this morning, 5lb down already and only four days......yea.

Heard others say they have been tearful so don't worry, a little warning tho I weighed on my second day of LT and lost 7lb but when I had my official WI I had lost 8lb allthough it is a good loss I knew others had lost more in their first week and was a little disapointed. Hopefully this won't happen to you but thought I'd better prepare you all the best for a good Loss!!!
