MY OH is now doing this - as am I, he's been doing it for 4 days so afr and feels absolutely rubbish, so much so he's in bed... I've been fine, no probs, anyone else felt this yuck for 4 days?
I have no problems getting into ketosis - but I know it can be tough for some people. Day 5/6 should see you in ketosis and hopefully he'll be feeling better!
