Hello all,

I've been having a few problems going to the loo and my CDC has given me some feiyan tea (chinese tea) which she uses...

Anyway apparently it is meant to work after about 4 hours, i took it yesterday evening and it didn't do anything.....

But tonight i've got the most awful runs sorry for the tmi but i cannot stay away from the toilet......

I guess my question is has anyone tried this tea before and if so has the same thing happened to them ? How long will it last as i will not be able to go to work if i'm like this tomorrow

thanks Em x

Hi emsiem

Can't say I've ever heard of feiyan tea, where do you buy it?
I don't use anything to make me 'go' just drink plenty of water. Feels OK so far

Hi feiyan ( actually means fat person) in chinese, im not sure if those things work, i drink alot of chinese tea but those sort of teas will have other stuff in it which may not always be natural. i hope you feel better i had the runs also the first couple of days and sometimes when i eat my meal at night then i need to go.. not sure if thats normal

If I add a meal now I need the loo within 30 min. My sister is heading down the surgery route for weight loss and the doctors have told her its call "dumping" I know made me giggle but it's your bodies way of getting rid of excess after eating to much (when you've been dieting)

I think our bodies will settle down once we are eating regular and with correct portion sizes, also no cd in our body. Cd has always had that effect on me.
