well guys l had a dreadfull few days just ate for lreland l feel really bad and for a change l have NOT being on the scales for a change (afraid to look at the damage) back healthy eating today l weigh in tomorrow l just know its gonna be a gain "WILL I EVER LEARN !!!!" :cry::cry::cry:

Aw join the club Sasha, i had a terrible weekend too, Bank Holiday Weekend are not good - eating wise, chips, chocolate, Chinese u name it i ate it i'd say:mad:.
But like you I am starting a fresh today.....

Its normal and theres loads of us in the same boat! We've had a rubbish weekend with trips to A&E and the doctors so its been eating on the go and late at night which = alot of fast food! Im back on it today and you know what? next week is a new week!! :D

I did the same as well :( Today would have been weigh in day, but am going to draw a line and weigh in as normal next tuesday.
Don't worry, we all have moments, just draw that line like you say :) xx

As they others have said, its done, its over. Please dont keep punishing yourself. I usually find when I do, I troft all over again.

me too :angeldevil: but don't let it get the better of you Sasha, just carry on tracking your points and stay within your allowance... we all have set backs as your thread has proven:eek: I ate well more than I should have done a few days ago and have tried to srape back a few points each day since. I think I went over because I'd not been on minimins for a few days and being on the forum really spurs me on...plus it's constantly on my mind why I'm doing the ww plan in the first place...so note to self...log in on minimins every day :D

look at the plus side ireland is a lot smaller than britain and in the past i have ate for britian.

what you need to do is draw a line and move on, and stay away from the tayto and soda bread, which i knwo are my downfalls

Cant really add anything else other than to say try not to feel guilty its only food. Jump back on and keep plodding and you will get there
