So i lost half a stone in the first week. Since than iv lost nearlly another half over about 3/4weeks. I stopped dieting half way through week 2 and stopped exercising due to the very demanding job i was doing i didnt really have time to snack ect. Well starting monday im going back to college so the dieting starts again tomorrow and the exercise. Fingers crossed i can stick it out. Erm for the lunch at college would you advice pasta or sandwichs? Im not to sure if it makes much differance. Iv gained about 2lbs in the last few days iv not been working Sorry to have a little moan and do everyones head in but im back and im going to stick to it and get my next 4stone off
