I feel your pain Rachel!! I'm a terrible cook so I find it difficult to make things for dinner and used to end up with a take-away or chicken nuggets and chips (my speciality!!).

If you are into the take-away frame of mind why don't you try those WW ready meals? Some are quite tasty. Just add steamed veg if you don't think its filling enough, I use the packets of veg that go in the microwave. It would probably a lot cheaper than take-aways!

Also, try your hand at making a stir-fry, they are yummy and very filling, just watch the amount of sauce you use though!

I was never an active person but I started off slowly. Instead of using the lift - take the stairs. And go for a 15 minute walk around the block.

I started exercising using the Wii, focusing on the step areobics and the hula-hoop game (very fun!). Now I do Body Combat and Hydrofit and I can almost keep up with my thin friends now! (Half of them are smokers but still..)

Oh and if you like sweets, make the sachets of sugar-free jelly. You can have as much as you want and not have to feel guilty as its very low calorie. Or there are small pots of Hartley jelly that come in about 3 different flavours and they are only 10 calories per pot and they are very sweet!

If you find drinking water boring add some diluting juice but water does keep the hunger pangs away and it makes your skin look and feel fantastic. I try to have a glass of water everytime I eat something which also makes you feel fuller and the changes in my skin have been fantastic!

Whatever you do to get motivated I hope it works for you and good luck!!

I know exactly where you are comming from. I too have had a crap 2 weeks and ate and drank far to much and a few pounds have been creeping back on. But today is the day I grab the bull by the horns again and get right back into it!!! You should join me. Draw a line aftre those 2 weeks and think fresh! Envissage how you want to be and really go for it.

I m a take away addict too s I have decided I haveto try and stay away from them completley because as soon as I have one I want more more more hahaha. I am going to start allowing myself a lovley treat for every half a stone I lose. Or, if I go for a meal or a takeaway I will chose healthier options of maybe ask for smaller portions.

Scarlet lips is right - the WW meals are delicious. I have one every day for luch with steamed vedge. They do so many varieties that you wont get bored. Plus they are cheap too.

Hi Girls, how are you? Have you got back on the wagon yet? I still havnt (was feeling so positive the other day too). Monday is my new start date. Between now and then i'm going to stuff my face, get all the cravings out my system, then thrash the gym and be mega good.

I've eaten so much lately and put on over 10lbs... ireally need to get back into it. ive been saying this every day for the past fortnight..but never put my thoughts into action!

Yes we do!!!! I'm back on it today (hopefully) as its 11 weeks to my 25th birthday and I dont want to be fat on my birthday AGAIN!

I'm up for that too :eek:) 15 weeks till my holidays. So should we start a 10 week challange as that will fit in great for your birthday Alex? Lets see how much we can lose and report in weekly with our weight LOSSES!!!!! hehehe.

I just got back on the wagon yesterday and so fr so good, but my cravings are killing me. Just want to eat everything in signt! Thank god for fruit hahaha xx

I've just read your signature and your weight loss journey is practically the same as mine! I started in Jan at 15st 9lbs and got down to 12st 9 but am back up to 13st 3lbs now :( Hopefully this challenge will spur us on and get rid of those cravings!!
