Fennel tea

Does anyone know if we can have fennel tea? I like peppermint and green tea also but fennel is really my favourite!

The ingredients are just fennel seed and the nutritional info is 2kcal/100ml and 0.3g carb/100ml

is this too much?

I love fennel tea too.
I have 1 or 2 cups a day.
Since the veg list contains fennel, I presumed it would be ok x x

Ah I didn't even notice that fennel was on the veg list! Should be okay then I guess, I love it too!

Actually just checked my box of peppermint tea which I know is allowed and the cal/carb content is the exact same.

Are we allowed:-
Green
White
Camomile
Ginger
Peppermint
Jasmine?


I understand no fruit teas, but truly confused about the rest

I think the general rule is no fruit or flower teas. Leaf and seeds seem to be ok x x

I can't find any others that are safe...

Just to confirm this, I sent an email and Rob has replied saying fennel tea is fine
