That will be per 25g now - they rounded the weights at the start of the year to make it easier for weighing

Yes lots of the HEs were changed in that way - rounded to 25g,30g, 35g etc but not always to the nearest if you see what I mean

Porridge 35g
Bread 60g

and so on ...

Feta cheese makes everything taste a thousand times better. Have it over a warm salad, pasta, in an omlette etc. its so versatile and you get more of it than any other cheese if using it as a HEA!

I love feta but get the reduced fat one - 2 syns per 25g or 75g for a HEB on the green plan
