    Hi,
I have tried a couple of recepies that call for the addition of ff yog or frais. Problem is it alaways separates on me even when its off the heat
Has anyone else had this problem? Or has anyone any tips to prevent the separation process?
    Thanks

If you take the pan off the heat and let it cool for a couple of minutes I find that prevents it separating.

hi i made a beef stroganoff from Slimming Eats website (Brit Mum in Canada's site) it was really yummy and required ff yogurt being added at the end. on the recipe it suggested putting a little mixture into the yogurt to warm it up slightly and not to over stir it. this worked really well.

    hope this helps xxxxx

Thanks for all replies! Yeah i agree, most dishes i've made are a bit rank...
I'll try it once more and leave it to cool down loads before putting in! Also good tip about warming the yog up a bit!
    Thanks all

Yeah, don't add the fromage frais straight from the fridge.
