Fibre89, Do you add it to water or the shakes. I'm sure my cdc said add to shakes...nothing is working yet:(

May get some physillium husks (sp) if it becomes more of a problem. Has anyone used these, how do you take them?

    Dreamingmaid...

Are you suffering from constipation at the moment ? if so you need to sort that out first before using the Fibre stuff... it's only a preventative measure not a laxative...

I took some dulcolax which sorted out the problem...that was Tues. I've been taking fibre 89 ever since...just don't want to rely on dulcolax.
    Thanks

dulcoease is good if it is softening you need... that plus the fibre or husks (similar effect) should do the job

I used fibre 89 first time round. This time I am only using physillium husks. I buy the tablet form but undo the capsules and add to shakes, they are horrendous when added to the soup - so keep the fibre 89 for soups. You can take the husk tablets with water - personally I find them difficult to swallow and hate having to glug the required amount of water so quickly.

Good luck and I hope things keep moving for you!
