Fibre supplements :)

Psyllium husks. Pop 2 capsules half an hour before eating 3 times a day. I swear by them :)
 
I also use the Cambridge fibre, but its not doing much for me. Started out with one teaspoon a day and now up to two a day and still no luck. Consultant recommended getting some Physillium Husks which I will do over the weekend.
