I was in desperate need for some fibre for obvious reasons. Bought some Tony ferguson powder from boots to add to my shakes. It's helping but weight loss seems less :-( does anyone else use this? Should I stop? Any other suggestions? Not keen on suppositories. Thank you

    Hi JazyJ

I'm new to this but I know Lipotrim do something of their own which you add to water apparently and it doesn't affect the taste. I hae an idea it is about £5 so just ask staff when next you weigh in.

    Good Luck

    Hi,

The one my chemist has is Fiber Clear ... Think it's the LT one green label! It has done taste and just dissolves in your water or shake.

I have stopped using it though it didn't seem to work for me .. So once I week I take 2 dulcolax ... And then visit the loo the next day!! TMI I'm sure!

Some fiber or help is defo needed because after 6day of no movement.

Yes, Becky Boo is right - The Lipotrim fibre is the 'FiberClear'

Additional info interesting though - we're all different and 'our bods' work in their own sweet way !!

Thanks guys. I'll speak to the pharmacist. I must admit tho that I'm really regular now. Such a relief as I was in agony!

    Fybogel is good to.

Comes in orange or lemon flavour, can be bought over the counter or prescribed by the doctor. Powder that you mix with water. you have to drink it fast as it does not taste wonderful and if you let it stand a little it becomes gloopy

Been there, done that. I always make sure I take them when I have no plans to go out the following day

hey, have you asked lipotim helpline if fybogel is okay cause I don't think it is allowed as the flavouring will likely contain citrates which risk you being taken out of ketosis I imagine

    - though I could be wrong

The flavoured Fybogels aren't allowed on Lipotrim, but the original one is. Try Fibre Clear first and then speak to your pharmacist if it doesn't help
