Good evening everyone. What is the fibre you can get from your CDC? She's never mentioned this to me. I am suffering a bit now with going to the toilet and I dont see it getting any better. I'm SS+ now so having a small amount of salad or veg every day. And I assume this is extra cost too? Thanks x

Fibre you take to make sure you go no 2, it will not make you go just makes you more regular. If this is a problem taken something to make you go then add the fibre to prevent it happening again. Some people recommend other things but they won't work as well.

It's pot of powder and you can add it to any of your CD foods - lol well except the bars of course. It seems to help but I think I still need to look into extra help.
