    Hi, can you tell me if its ok to take Fibregel (for those moments when you need it) - not sure if I am allowed or if I should be sticking to sena or a tabled form and not orange fibregel - can anyone advise? Thanks :wave_cry:

    orange fibregel contains citric acid, thats probebly a miss, they do plain dont they?

    physillium husks from holland and barratts are a big fave or your cdc can sell you fibre89
