After much fretting, my time of the month, add a meal week, a bit of picking and a lot of struggling last week I stepped on my cdc's scales this morning and was a joyful 2lbs lighter which I am very happy with!!!

My CDC is on hols next week so have come away with 2 weeks worth of food, mostly choc mint shakes and bars as recently gone off the soups, am hoping to be half a stone lighter when I weigh in two weeks! Am gonna do this!!!!

Thanks for everyone's positive comments yesterday when I was struggling, this site is fab it really does help.:):):):):):)

Thanks everyone, its fab to see those scales falling and im now down a size into a comfortable, if not a bit loose size 16, am so pleased.

Nat your almost the same as me, what you said about adding meal picking and going off the soups just sound like me. I too had TOTM in fact the first one since last march, how wierd is that.
Well done on the 2lbs loss. Me to this week 5th weigh in.

hi carol,

how funny i just this second responded to your thread about time of the month and then just looked at mine and here you were!! Am glad was not alone in struggling, was a really really tough week i was worried was gonna fall off completely, feel much better today though and no food cravings, damm hormones, who needs them!!!
