Filling foods before bedtime

I am finding the fast days quite easy and am not really struggling with hunger through the day. I have not been eating until my evening meal at around 6pm. I have been using all my calories for this. However, I have been waking up extremely hungry during the night. I am going to start eating a 400 calorie dinner and saving 100 calories for a snack before bed to try and stop myself being hungry during the night.
Any ideas for 100 calorie snacks that are likely to satiate me for the longest time possible?

Thin slice ham (19 kcal) and wrap bit feta cheese/ soft goat cheese bit like ricotta but tastes much better ;) 10g = 31kcals ??
 
3 hard boiled eggs but only eat 1 yolk. Protein based snacks keep you fuller for longer.
 
And be prepared not to need it for long :)

I used to save for a snacklet, now I hate going to bed feeling even slightly fed!

Just another of the weird changes JUDDDing causes :D
 
Thanks. I had a rye cracker with a quarter of a banana on. Seemed to do the trick. I'll definitely try egg on my next fast day.
