    Ingredients

    3 sheets filo pastry

    100g low-fat mincemeat
    Oil spray
    Caster sugar for dusting

    Method

    1. Preheat the oven to 200C, 400F, Gas Mark 6.
    2. Cut the filo sheets in half, then cut each in 3 to give 18 strips. Spray lightly with oil.
    3. Place ½ tsp mincemeat at one end of each strip and fold into a triangle. Repeat until the mincemeat is encased.
    4. Place on a non-stick baking tray and bake for 10 minutes until golden. Dust with caster sugar.
